WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT FRIDAY 13/3/2020

As a precaution to the new Public Health Wales guidance released on Thursday 12th March, we have decided to adopt a call back triage system until further notice.  We believe that this is the most sensible approach.  If you require advice on an urgent medical problem please contact the surgery before 11am, the receptionist will ask you to give a brief description of your concern.

If you are asked to attend the practice by the Doctor or nurse, please use the intercom device located on the left hand side of the main surgery door to inform the receptionist that you have arrived.   We will ask all patients to use the hand sanitisers on entering and leaving the practice.

For prescription requests and letters we have a post box located on the right hand side of the main surgery door.
